Not Everything Is Meant to Be Explained.
But Here's a Start.

Founder. Coach. Builder. Occasionally humbled by a polydactyl cat.

Who I Am

I'm Ethan Beardsworth. For most of my adult life I was the person in the room who could navigate complexity — 20+ years in investment management and global strategy across five continents, the kind of career that looks impressive from the outside and quietly costs you from the inside.

A few years ago I reached a point that a lot of capable people eventually reach: professionally accomplished, physically depleted, and carrying more weight than I wanted to admit — in every sense. I wasn't burned out in the dramatic way people talk about. I was just running on fumes and had been for a while.

What changed things wasn't a dramatic overhaul. It was learning to think in checkpoints — honest, sustainable moves stacked over time instead of wholesale reinvention. I lost significant weight and kept it off. I rebuilt my health. And eventually that same process led me out of a career that no longer fit and into building something I actually believe in.

That experience is the foundation of everything I do now. Chase Your Sky, SOAR Supplements, Skyburst, Sky Engine, and the coaching work I do with people who know what needs to change but aren't sure how to actually move — it all comes from having lived that transition, not just studied it.

I'm an ICA-trained, ICF member coach, graduating in July. The credential matters because the work deserves rigor. But the reason I'm any good at this is the transformation, not the coursework.

What This Site Is
