Where This Comes From
I didn't overhaul my life overnight. I lost significant weight — and kept it off — not by burning everything down and starting over, but by learning to think in checkpoints. Small, honest, sustainable moves stacked over time.
That's the philosophy behind everything I do: Chase Your Sky, SOAR Supplements, Skyburst, Sky Engine, and now, coaching. I'm completing my ICA/ICF certification because this work deserves rigor, not just enthusiasm.
I bring 20+ years of investment management experience, a founder's bias toward action, and a genuine belief that most people are one good question away from their next move. Coaching gave me a framework for the thing I was already doing — helping people think more clearly and move more honestly.
How I Work
No Fluff
We skip the filler. Every session is focused on what's real, what's stuck, and what's next. You won't leave with homework you'll ignore — you'll leave with clarity you can actually use.
Checkpoint Thinking
Big goals are overwhelming. We break them into honest, achievable moves and build from there. Progress compounds — the same method behind my own transformation and everything I've built since.
Client-Led
You set the agenda. I ask the questions that help you think more clearly about it. This isn't advice-giving — it's a structured space to work through what you already know but haven't yet acted on.

What to Expect
- 1 Start with a free 15-minute call. We'll talk briefly about what's on your mind, how coaching works, and whether it's a fit. No pressure — if it's not right, I'll tell you.
- 2 Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes, held over video or phone. You bring the topic. I bring the questions. We figure out what's actually going on and what honest next steps look like.
- 3 The work happens between sessions. Coaching isn't something you come to for answers — it's a structure that helps you generate your own. Most clients find that clarity builds quickly once they start showing up consistently.
- 4 We move at your pace. Some people come in with a specific goal and a clear timeline. Others are working through something broader. Either way, the process adapts to what you actually need.
