The Short Version
A few years ago I was carrying too much weight — professionally and physically. I was capable, experienced, and quietly running on fumes. The career looked fine from the outside. The body told a different story.
I lost significant weight and rebuilt my health — not by burning everything down, but by learning to think in checkpoints. Small, honest, sustainable moves stacked over time. That same process led to leaving a career that no longer fit and building something I actually believe in.
